- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Received an estimate for a bumper filler on a silverado several weeks back, no problems. I went back to regal body today to get the part and was met with confusion by the desk clerk "ordering a part!?", at which time she walked to the back to get who I assumed to be the manager. The male came up and I provided him with the previously provided estimate and explained I wished to purchase the part. He then said, "why did you not got to chevy online to order the part?". Taken back I explained how much the shipping and core charge would be and he notified me I would still be responsible for a core charge, which is no problem. By the way, shipping via gm parts online is $195! The male was still giving the vibe he did not want to order the part. I told him I could go to Stingray instead of regal and get the part. He replied, "if you want to be that way, go ahead". So I did. Got the part, no resistance or attitude. You want good service, respect and a business that provides what it's asked, go to Stingray.
