  This place is a joke. I feel sorry for the people that work there. They are so poorly trained that they are completely clueless how to handle anything other than - taking your money.

  I don't often write a review for anything, but every now and then when I receive service above and beyond what is required from someone, I feel obliged to. When I went in today it was with $5 dollars and a largely negative account. I am a full time student, and a fee and another payment had come out the day before without my knowledge, over drafting my account by about $3. I went into the bank to see if I could have the fee waved, as I simply didn't have enough money to cover the fee. It was the manager, Lithia(?), who helped me today. I explained to her what happened and she looked over my account. Not only did she cancel the fee, which she didn't have to do, but she went above and beyond that, and postponed my service fee for as long as she could, 3 months. That way by the time I graduate and can find a full time job, I will have enough of an income that the fee will be waved at that point. Ms. Lithia didn't have to do any of this, but I appreciate her working with me and doing everything she could to help me, perhaps more than she knows. I know most of the time people only leave reviews for bad experiences, so I wanted to come on here today and post my positive one. I would just like to offer my thanks again for the great help and service they showed me today.

  On Today's Date I have been calling for 45 minutes straight.No one will pick up the phone. I live in Haines City Florida just 17 miles away. I have a very important Question but unable to get no one to answer the phone. This is not how you do business. I think that I'm going to close my account and take my money else where that will answer the phones......
