  I was supposed to have a package delivered Saturday. I got an email saying delivery attempted but someone was home and no notice was left. This is the first time this has happened but I'm extremely upset. I went through the process of re-delivery and it says no info available.

  Monday morning after Easter weekend, wonder if they will be busy? 1 cashier. 8 people in line. Manager called 3 times for customer service, people walking out. Get it together! 8/25/17 8:35 am and still not ready to be open.

  I was expecting a package, so I sat out on my front porch, just hanging out and doing a little bit of yard work. I watched the mail truck pull up, put mail in my box, and drive away. I then get a notification saying "Attempted Delivery - No Authorized Recipient Available". They never even got out of the vehicle!! I was standing in between the mailbox and my doorstep. No attempt was made to even deliver the package. Now I need to drive to the post office to pick it up. That's nonsense.

  My package left Pennsylvania priority mail after 5 days of waiting I tracked the package. It arrived at the Lakeland post office in 4 days but instead of delivering the package to my house somehow the next day it was in California so my priority package is still in transit expect to get it on the eighth day in transit. Usually a neighbor brings me my mail as it was delivered to their address rather than my address. I do the same for my neighbors. Use Fedx and UPS

  I arrived at the Post Office Branch at approximately 5:00 pm on Monday. I quickly noticed a line to mail parcels and letters out that spanned over 25 person. And out of 4 windows that were available only two(2) were being utilized by Post Office Staff. After about 10 minutes of no movement in the line nearly. i request to speak with the branch Supervisor Scott Keith. He informed me that Post Office personal were out and that no one else could operate the desk computers to reduce the over crowding and increased wait times. It was now 5:25 pm and I was still 8 people back in line. This debacle should not occur at a major branch facility of the USPO! Why was this allowed to transpired! Why did the Supervisor not step in and fill the vacancy! I did not leave the Post Office until 5:40 pm. All this because no one would step up and do the right thing! Horrible way to spend 40 minutes afterWORKING ALL DAY!!!
