  My husband used H & R block for years and even paid extra money for the attorney thing meaning if u get an audit they would take care of it for you! YEAH RIGHT!!!!!!! At the end of 2015 my husband was audited for 2013 so we contacted the memorial office which is open all year long and we got poor service out of that office. Sandra Green at that office helped us originally and then lost ALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL the stuff in my husband's file for responding to the IRS. That is ridiculous and rude. What's the point is paying for some attorney free crap or whatever u wanna call it if yall don't do anything for us. That lady did what we could have done which is respond. My husband was an over the road trucK driver and they automatically get money per day for being out yet he is going to have to be the one to pay $1,600 back if this isn't taken care of. H & R block did his taxes and he didn't lie about anything. They never told him he had to keep.track of log books (which he worked with a company that apparently deleted there drivers log books after 6 months). If a driver is given automatic days for being gone why is he going to have to pay back so much in fees also because of H&R blocks mess up. It really makes me mad that they lost everything we had in able to respond back again when he got another letter in the mail. We will NEVER EVER EVER use H&R block again. He's having to pay back more than what he ever got back that year. Definitely not a good office either! They are very unorganized obviously if they lost his file and everything he had to prove for that year.
