- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I got sudden increase in my rate for 25 % , it is 10 years safe driving. No explanation was given. When I called to the office Mr. Keith himself answered the phone, was not pleasant, supportive, respectful, offering me different tricks for my rate to be decreased - all in disrespectful manner. And when I said, that he is not making his office competitive - he just told me - " Go and shop around" . He did not answered my question to direct me to the Upper level office, but just hang up on me. Very Bad. No surprise the rate for this office is 3.0. Well deserved.By Mila Z, June 28, 2017
