  I visited this Wells Fargo location to open a business account, the personal banker who was assisting me was polite, professional and seemed to be trying her best to help. Everyhing was going well until I presented them a check made out to my business that I wanted to use to fund the account, I was planning to use the money to do business in the area and figured it would be convenient to go ahead and deposit it so we could use the money the following day...it was then the "Business Manager" became involved and she began asking lots of odd questions that really had nothing to do with me opening the account...at first I thought that maybe she was just obtuse but then as the questioning intensified it appeared to me as if she thought I was lying about something (maybe the check), she tried to ask questions in a manner that perhaps she tought would sound like small talk but her tone and body language projected mistrust . They gave me a valid reason as to why they couldn't use the check to fund the account but this is when it all went down hill... instead of asking me to use cash to initially fund the account (which only takes $100 to do so) she told the banker to decline my account opening and sent me on my way. I've never been so disappointed with the level of professionalism from someone in a management position, especially at a national financial institution branch. If it wasn't because I have great people to work with at my hometown's Wells Fargo I would've probably closed all accounts currently with them and gone elsewhere. I usually don't take to public boards to voice concerns but in this case I felt it was needed because of the massive lack of respect and professionalism.

  ATM Almost Always seems to be down, this branch had a second one but they removed it just to stick to us I guess...Why I haven't switched to Chase yet I'm not sure might just fix that real soon though.

  Cancel my card without my approval then deny my entrance for a new card because it 1 minute past 2. Been with you guys for 10 years and canceling as soon as possible! Anyways you guys support the Dakota access pipeline. Screw off!

  Wells Fargo on south fla. ave. and their legal dept. are amateurs at best......never be back to do business with them again !!!
